On Board Projects

The On Board projects are DIY electronic audio ‘instruments’ based on bespoke PCB and Laser cut circuit boards. Typically, On Board projects are hand-held interactive audio systems designed for real-time interaction. They deploy a standard hardware platform based on the ESP8266 microprocessor, with I2S audio output via the MAX98357 codec/amp to a built-in loudspeaker. Software is written in the Arduino IDE using the Mozzi or M16 audio library. Post about projects based on the On Board platform are shown below.
