Victoria Hamilton (PhD) This research investigates and visualise the experiences of those with Charles Bonnet Syndrome visions (CBS) pseudohallucinations resulting from some loss of sight. Images experienced range from simple colours and geometric shapes up to a wide variety of complex forms. The creative practice in this project involves the design and realisation in digital media of works inspired by the visions reported by those with CBS. The research will focus on inquiry into how mental perceptions become physical through design.
